At parents' school

Several years ago, the Madagascan Ministry of Education set up a parents' school within each school.

This Saturday morning, many parents are present at the School of the Little Giants, for the first session of the year. Project Manager Arisoa took the opportunity to remind everyone of the school's rules and regulations.

Felana, the young Director, emphasised the importance of the parents' role in their children's education, and the need to support and encourage them on a daily basis. She gave a wealth of advice to illiterate parents, but also to all those who do not have enough time to devote to this vital task. She stressed the need to feed the children ‘as well as possible’ in the morning, before they come to school. She also reiterated the basic rules of hygiene and wished all the children the very best.
